AftrovaBook a call

Every order, followed up.

An AI agent for Indian D2C brands on Shopify. It talks to your customers after they buy, on WhatsApp and calls, in Hindi and English. It rescues failed deliveries, turns returns into exchanges and catches unhappy customers before they leave a review. You pay for results.

We’re early, and looking for 5 founding brands. If post-purchase is costing you money, we’d like to hear how it works at yours.

Example: a failed delivery, rescued
  1. 11:02

Courier marks order #4821 undelivered: customer not reachable

  2. 11:03

Agent on WhatsAppHi Priya, aapka order aaj deliver nahi ho paya. Kya kal 10 se 1 baje theek rahega?

  3. 11:09

PriyaHaan kal theek hai. Address mein flat no. 302 likhna bhool gayi thi.

  4. 11:09

Address updated and reattempt booked with the courier

  5. Next day

Delivered. ₹1,840 order kept, no return shipping

Brands go quiet after the order ships. That’s where the money leaks.

LeakWhat happensWhat it costs you
Failed deliveriesCustomer not reachable, wrong address or COD refused at the doorShipping lost both ways, stock stuck in transit
Returns and RTOSize, quality or expectation mismatchRefund, reverse shipping, damaged stock
“Where is my order?”A delay with no updateSupport load, cancellations, bad reviews
Silent unhappy customersThe problem never gets reportedNegative reviews and no second order
One-time buyersNo reason or reminder to come backAcquisition cost never paid back

Most tools send one-way messages. Nobody talks to the customer, fixes the issue and shows you what it saved.

How it works

The same five steps run after every order. You pay for step five.

  1. Watch

Reads order, delivery and return events from Shopify and your courier.

  2. Decide

Picks who to contact, when, on which channel and why.

  3. Talk

Holds a real two-way conversation on WhatsApp or a call, in Hindi or English.

  4. Act

Reschedules a delivery, offers an exchange, raises a ticket or hands off to your team.

  5. Prove

Reports orders rescued, returns saved and repeat orders against a control group.

What each brand learns in step five feeds back into step two, so the agent gets better at knowing who to contact and what works.

Where we start

Three conversations with the clearest rupee value. We add more only once these work for you.

Rescue failed deliveries

When the courier marks an order undelivered, the agent reaches the customer, fixes the address or slot and books a reattempt.

Measured as Undelivered orders that get delivered

Save returns

When a return is requested, it asks why and offers an exchange, a size swap or a fix before a refund.

Measured as Returns turned into exchanges

Check in after delivery

Two or three days after delivery, it asks how it went. Unhappy customers get help. Happy ones are asked for a review.

Measured as Issues fixed, bad reviews avoided

Next: COD confirmation before dispatch, reorder reminders, early access for your best customers and win-back for lapsed buyers.

You pay when it saves you money

Every brand gets the same agent, whether you ship 300 orders a month or 30,000. Smaller teams often gain the most: it handles the follow-ups nobody has time for, and the price grows only as your results do.

Free 30-day pilot

We run on your live orders with 10 to 20% held back as a control group, so you see the lift before any invoice.

Then, pay per result

A small monthly platform fee plus a fixed fee for each order rescued, return saved or repeat order. We set the final numbers with our founding brands.

Founding brand rate

The first 5 brands get a discounted rate, locked for 12 months, and a direct line to what we build next.

Start with a free post-delivery audit

With your go-ahead, we message 100 of your recent customers about their order and send you a report of the issues and hidden returns we find. No integration needed.

Questions founders ask

Will my customers feel spammed?

No more than a good support team would. We start with service conversations about their own order, send WhatsApp first and call only when it matters, cap how often anyone is contacted and never reach out outside 10am to 9pm. Launches and offers go only to customers who have opted in.

What do I need to connect?

Your Shopify store and your shipping partner, such as Shiprocket or ClickPost. WhatsApp and voice run through established Indian providers. There is no engineering work on your side.

Which languages does it speak?

Hindi and English to start, including the mix most customers actually use on WhatsApp.

How do I know it worked?

Every pilot holds back 10 to 20% of orders as a control group that the agent never contacts. The dashboard compares the two groups in rupees, so you see the lift rather than take our word for it.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. We act only as your processor, keep a consent log from day one and delete data when you ask.

Is it ready today?

We’re early. We’re building the first version with a handful of founding brands, starting with failed deliveries, returns and post-delivery check-ins. Founding brands decide what gets built next.

Tell us how post-purchase works at your brand.

Twenty minutes. No pitch deck. We’ll share what we’re learning from other brands too.
